Activities

• Conduct initial visual and functional inspection (hydraulic system, electricals, engine/motor, transmission, and attachments).
• Use diagnostic tools and pressure gauges to test hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Record findings in a detailed inspection report, highlighting preventive and corrective requirements.
• Classify urgency: Critical | Major | Minor | Preventive.

Deliverables

• Condition report with cost estimate.
• Approval from client before proceeding to repairs.

Objective

Restore full operational efficiency and reliability of equipment.

Activities

• Perform authorized repairs or part replacements using OEM/approved spares.
• Overhaul and clean hydraulic pumps, cylinders, seals, and hoses.
• Lubricate all moving parts and test pressure & flow parameters.
• For forklifts: Service engine, transmission, lift mast, brakes, electricals.
• For breakers: Replace chisel pins, check nitrogen gas pressure, service accumulator.

Objective

Ensure the equipment is fully operational, safe, and optimized before final handover.

Activities

• Conduct final operational testing under working conditions.
• Verify safety parameters and load capacity standards.
• Client walkthrough and explanation of repairs performed.
• Provide operational recommendations to extend equipment life.
